SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
We do not ship physical products. Our services are delivered either digitally or in person, depending on the nature of the service.
For digital services, the access of the deliverables will be provided via email, within 5 business days of purchase or as scheduled.
For scheduled services (e.g., consultations), you will receive confirmation of your appointment via email. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability at the agreed time.

Please ensure that the payment link is accessed only by you, as it contains sensitive payment information. The link will remain valid for 2 days unless otherwise specified. Services will only be confirmed or scheduled upon successful payment receipt or as scheduled.
